My journey has led me into Counselling adolescents and adults who have experienced trauma and sexual abuse. I have over 25 years’ experience in this area.

While I also provide counselling for a wide range of emotional and psychological needs, my experience as an elite athlete at national and international level for 15 years gave me a passion to counsel people involved in sport at any level who are struggling in life to achieve their dreams.
