My journey has led me into counselling adolescents and adults who have experienced trauma and sexual abuse. I have over 25 years’ experience in this area.
I also provide counselling for a wide range of emotional and psychological needs and, in addition, my experience as an elite athlete at national and international level has given me a passion to counsel people involved in sport at any level who are struggling in life to achieve their dreams.
