Alex previously worked as a nurse and now provides counselling to adults and couples. She has worked with people managing life transitions, depression, anxiety, grief, relationship issues, trauma, and developmental trauma. Alex has worked in Mental Health and currently works part-time for SASH (Sexual Abuse Support and Healing).
